Is this app only for stage performers?

Not exactly, the app was created to connect any talents from stage performers to behind-the-scenes professionals of the entertainment industry.

How can I connect with other talents in the UROCK365 app?

You can start by conducting filter searches in our network of talents and send invites or DMs to those talents you will like to connect with.

What makes UROCK365 different than other social networking apps?

Our users can sign up and create their profiles under Music, Fashion, Dance, or Tv & Film. We cover the entire spectrum of the entertainment business not just one niche.

How can I create a profile page?

After signing up you will receive a welcome email and details on how to get started. It’s super easy.

Will I be able to connect with other users of different profile types than mine?

Yes, you will be able to connect with any other user in our network of talents regardless of their profile type.

Will the UROCK365 app help me to promote my profile?

Yes, when you signup the app automatically sends notifications to those users in your city that share the same profile types.

Unlike other apps that act like talent agencies, we allow our users to make their connections, therefore, expanding their circle of friends and professional contact list.

Can I generate extra income with my talents or skills using the UROCK365 app?

Yes, you definitely can! UROCK365 app puts money in your pockets from the first day of joining the network.

1. In-app Referral Program: Get paid for sharing our app with your friends and social media followers.

2. Marketplace: Get hired or offer your services by collaborating with others in our network from virtually anywhere in the world.

How does UROCK365 app Referral Program work?

When you are a Premium Account User the UROCK365 app will automatically pay you $10.00 when a new user joins the network under any of our Premium Plans or whenever a Free Account User that had joined with your Referral Code upgrades to a Premium Account.

What is The UROCK365 app Marketplace and how can I use it to generate extra income?

Our marketplace of talents allows all Free and Premium Users to post and find jobs related to their talents, professions, or skills. By providing our app users a secure and safe platform to work in they can expand their local reach nationwide or internationally, therefore, increasing the chances for more work, collaborations, and monetary gains.

What are the Client’s Payment Processing Fees in the Marketplace?

Users/Clients requesting services:

3% + 0.30 For U.S based

4% + 0.30 For International

With be added to the amount agreed on the job between them and the service provider.

What is the Marketplace Fee for Service Providers?

When users complete a job in our marketplace UROCK365 app collects a flat fee of the job paid amount.

15% on Free Accounts Users.

8.5% on Premium Accounts Users.

What is an Escrow Account and how does it benefits UROCK365 app users?

When a Client hires talents in our marketplace, the full amount agreed for the job between them and the Service Provider will be collected in full and held in an Escrow Account that acts as a bank. This ensures talents providing services that the Client has the funds available for them to start work and that they will be compensated after the job is completed.

What happens after the job is completed?

If you are The Client you will review and accept the work by authorizing UROCK365 to release the funds to the service provider.

If you are the Service Provider you will make sure that The Client is 100% satisfied with your work.

Lastly, both parties will rate each other on their collaboration to help maintain our app’s good integrity.

How to get great Rating Reviews and why is it so important?

To get great ratings as Service Provider is as simple as being ethical, reliable, responsible, open in communication, and delivering the services you promised to your Client.

To get great ratings as a Client good communication between you and the Service Provider you hired for your project is the key.

Will I receive UROCK365 app Premium Account Advantages or Benefits for a specific period?

Your Premium Account User advantages will last for the duration of the Premium Plan you selected.

Will my Premium Account be renewed automatically?

Yes, your account will be set to automatically renew at the end of the premium plan you selected. Please make sure the card on file is current.

What happens if my Premium Plan expired and I don’t renew?

We at the UROCK365 app will not like to see that happening to you because your account will be downgraded to a Free User Account and will stop receiving all the Premium Users advantages.

How can Free Users be upgraded to Premium Accounts?

Free Account Users can upgrade to Premium at any time by:

A. Upgrading to any of our Premium Plans.

B. Referring and generating 2 Premium Users.

*Note: Free Users that earn a Premium User Account by referring 2 Paid Premium Users to join the UROCK365 network will be automatically upgraded to a 3 months Premium Account Plan. After the 3 months period ends users must renew as Premium Users to continue getting all premium users benefits.

How can I invite my friends and followers to join me on the UROCK365 network?

On the bottom of your profile page, you will find the “My Referrals” button along with your Referral Code to share with your contacts and others by text, email, and other known social media networks.

How can an influencer, blogger, or affiliate marketer become part of the UROCK365 marketing team?

You will need to click on the affiliates link at the bottom of the UROCK365 website and submit your information.
